At MalayalaiStore, we work hard to process and deliver your orders on time. We understand that sometimes plans change, so here’s our cancellation policy:

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email/phone] with your order number.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel before dispatch, a refund will be processed.

• Deductions may apply to cover:

  • Delivery/Postage Charges (£4.99 or actual cost)

  • Packaging & Processing Fees (if applicable)

• If your order qualified for Free Delivery, the original delivery/postage cost will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exceptions

• Orders containing perishable/fresh food items (such as frozen Sadhya, fresh vegetables, frozen goods, etc.)cannot be cancelled once processed, as they are prepared specifically for you.

• If there is an issue with your order on arrival (e.g., damaged, missing items), please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
